At YACOOB Electric, we understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to modify or cancel your order. We strive to process orders quickly to ensure timely deliveries, which is why we have established a structured cancellation policy.
Please review the following terms to understand when and how you can cancel your order:
1- Order Cancellation Eligibility
- Before Processing & Shipment: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- After 12 Hours: If your order has already been processed but not yet shipped, a 10% restocking fee may apply to cover administrative costs.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return following our Return & Warranty Policy once you receive the item.
2- Custom & Special Orders
- Custom-built, special-order, or personalized electrical components cannot be canceled once production has started.
- If a cancellation request is made before production begins, a partial refund may be issued, deducting any design or material preparation costs.
3- How to Request a Cancellation

Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation for a quicker resolution.
4- Refund Processing
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- If the payment was made via bank transfer, additional processing time may be required depending on your bank.
- Any non-refundable transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers will be deducted from the refund amount.
5- Subscription or Pre-Order Cancellations
- For subscription-based services, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
- Pre-orders can be canceled within 3 days of purchase for a full refund. After 3 days, a 15% cancellation fee may apply due to production and procurement costs.
